Describing a source of research rather than quoting.

Not actually reading theory or researching. Students who do not do this tend to simply describe their sources/case studies and make general sweeping statements.

Not using theory to assist in answering your question.

Misuse of language.

Lack of media terminology.

Word count is too high.
